Mervyn Freeman - Joint Managing Director

Mervyn Freeman founded the company in the 1960’s. Mervyn started the business specializing in Plant Hire and evolved into contracting.

Mervyn’s current role includes concentrating on the management of contracts undertaken in the Contracting division, management of trade operatives, management of all plant and machinery and general direction of the business.

Luke Freeman - Joint Managing Director

Luke Freeman grew up with the family construction business working weekends and holidays from an early age. Feeling passionate about construction Luke managed to obtain sponsorship from multi national construction firm Taylor Woodrow and studied construction management at University of Salford on a sandwich course.

Luke graduated with a degree in Construction Management in 1996. Having spent 18 months working for Taylor Woodrow he was keen to join the family firm and put to good use the experience gained. Luke worked within the Contracting division in contract management to start with and shortly diversified the business into Property Development and more recently Leisure.

Luke’s current role includes management of the Property Development and Leisure divisions, developing and implementing the company’s strategic plan, driving business development, winning new business for Contracting and general direction of the business.

Jenny Freeman - Joint Managing Director

Jenny founded the business with Mervyn in the 1960’s. Jenny’s role includes management of the finance and administration department of the business, management of the Leisure division specializing in weddings and conferences at Bishopswood House and general direction of the business.
