Graphic Designer

Full time (40 hours)

Reports to Marketing Manager     



As the graphic designer for the MF Freeman Group, you will be part of a small marketing team servicing a range of brands across multiple industries, so you will need to be ready to flex to meet a broad mix of requirements. From interior design to photography to digital marketing, there are opportunities to get involved in a plethora of different projects if you are prepared to seize them. Your graphic design skills will ensure that you produce top-quality collateral across our Group brands, providing audience-appropriate design that showcases the best of our products. You will produce materials for traditional print channels, for social media and web, for our prestigious Lifestyle magazine and for events, so you will be prepared to tackle a variety of tasks as part of a close-knit and supportive team.



  1. Create and manage all marketing collateral for MF Freeman Group.
  2. Assist with marketing campaigns for MF Freeman Group, from planning to implementation.
  3. Negotiate and obtain best price from suppliers.
  4. Contribute to the company’s social media channels with ideas and graphics for content.
  5. Support the design of show home schemes for new developments, either in-house or through a third party supplier.
  6. Research and implement new design ideas for the MF Freeman Group.
  7. Provide support to management team as required.



For this entry-level role, you will be a competent graphic designer with experience using the Adobe Creative Suite, to include InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop as a minimum. You will be able to showcase a portfolio of your work across different media, compiled either through workplace experience or during study. As an excellent communicator, you are happy to engage with a variety of internal and external customers. You are excited by the idea of being part of a close-knit team who maintain a high standard of work across a dynamic range of brands and projects, embracing creativity and innovation. You will be based in our beautiful office in the Forest of Dean, so a driving license and own transport is a must.

An interest in interior design is desirable though not essential, and an understanding of brand development, including concepts such as colour theory, would be an advantage.
