We are now looking to recruit a commercially astute construction professional from within the Built Environment to play a key role in the development team to ensure the site programme is planned, delivered and effectively monitored on a daily basis.  The ability to deliver design lead award winning homes will require a passion for quality and attention to detail.  It will be of paramount importance to be equipped with strong organisational and communications skills to work well as part of a team and be a pivotal part in the customer journey.


Key responsibilities

  • To manage the onsite construction of new homes developments.
  • Ensure new homes are built to the required quality and to the required programme
  • Ensure all costs on site are controlled and profits maximised for new homes developments
  • Manage all aspects of health and safety on site
  • Manage the onsite handover and maintenance period of new homes with the customer


Personal specification

A good knowledge of the built environment with at least 5 years’ experience in managing projects.

Thorough understanding of health and safety obligations.  

CSCS card

Valid SMSTS & First Aid.

Preferably to have experience of meeting NHBC standards

IT literate
