Site Manager

We currently have a vacancy for a Site Manager to join our team. You will manage the on site construction of new home developments and commercial construction projects ensuring projects are built to the required standard and within set time scales. You will control on site costs and all aspects of health and safety. A sound knowledge of the construction and house building industry are required

Finance Manager for MF Freeman Group

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager to join our dynamic and progressive company with divisions spanning several sectors. The Finance Manager is responsible for preparing Management Accounts, end of year financial accounts, managing and producing company budgets, submitting statutory returns, overseeing cost reviews and credit control activities, payroll, negotiating finance for projects and managing junior members of the finance team. The company currently has a turnover of £10 million which is forecasted to grow to £20 million over the next 12 months.

Knowledge and Experience
Formal Qualification such as ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent
Membership of ACCA or equivalent
Ability to work methodically and work to tight deadlines
Ability to communicate at all levels
Self Motivation and ability to work unsupervised
Minimum of three years experience in a similar role
Strong IT skills

Key Responsibilities
Submit information to accountants for year end
Complete Statutory Returns
Manage tax certificates for sub-contractors
Collate information for production of monthly financial report
Produce departmental budgets every quarter
Produce cash flow and profit and loss statement monthly
Assist the Office Manager in producing performance development reviews
Maintain asset registers
Analyse financial management report and present findings to directors
Generate sales invoices
Complete payroll
Manage Accounts Manager
Debt Control
Banking
Costing of Company Expenditure
Manage department to meet Directors expectations
Carry out duties at request of the Directors
