Freeman Homes is well under way with the construction of the first phase of family homes at Woodland View in Mitcheldean.

The Mill Race in Walford near Ross-on-Wye has been awarded the Gold award in the Gourmet Herefordshire category of the prestigious Flavours of Herefordshire awards. This award was open to any establishment that offers a high standard of cuisine, service and ambience.

Freeman Care part of the M F Freeman Group of Companies has successfully secured consent for a 90 bed home for the elderly, a C2 use, that will provide 30 bedrooms for the frail elderly, 48 bedrooms for dementia care, 12 bedrooms for “end of life” dementia care, day rooms, dining rooms, office, shop, café and a cinema room. This state of the art facility has been carefully designed to provide leading healthcare facilities.

Here at MF Freeman we are working hard to support a charity that is very close to our hearts: Joshua’s wish to walk. Joshua is 8 years old and has Cerebral Palsy which affects all four of his limbs, his legs more that his arms. Josh enjoys normal boy activities however is mostly dependant on his parents and carers at school for his daily living. Joshua has been accepted for life changing surgery at St Louis Children’s hospital is the USA. This specialist procedure is called Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy, this is a highly advanced form of surgery, which will eventually allow Joshua to walk with crutches.
