The site holds an existing outline planning consent, and we are in the process of obtaining reserved matters approval to deliver 10 high quality, A-rated, energy-efficient, 2–4-bedroom homes.

Our Freeman Homes division has announced it will be extending an existing Key Worker Discount Scheme to all newly-classified essential key workers by the Government under the coronavirus outbreak. The offer has been extended to recognise the vital work being done by essential key workers to tackle coronavirus, by supporting them onto the property ladder, or with their next house move.
